OUR PROCESS


Step 1 - CONSULTATION

The consultation is the backbone of the entire staging process! This comprehensive walk-through will open your eyes to how a buyer will view your property. We will discuss furniture arrangement, paint colors, what items to pre-pack and where best to put updating dollars. Together we will create an action plan that is not only do-able but will put $$$ back in your pocket!

Cost : $250 for first two hours. Larger homes may take more time. $80 each additional hour.

Step 2 - HOME PREP

The action plan often includes steps that homeowners handle on their own. These might include pre-packing items, painting, replacing light fixtures, handling repairs, etc.

If you would like us to handle these items as well, just let us know. We have a team of trusted contractors and lots of experience at project management.

Step 3 - PHOTO PREP SERVICE

Once the “home prep” is complete, homeowners often ask us to come back to put everything where it needs to be and style it just right! More than making your house “pretty,” we focus on what will make it marketable. With our design sense, we create lighter, brighter rooms with balance, cohesiveness, and a feeling of space. These help to create the appeal that makes for stunning online pictures and memorable showings for potential buyers!

Cost : $80 - $100 per hour depending on whether or not an assistant is required. Minimum 1 hour.
